MortgageKing is a mortgage calculation software runs as both Java applet and application. It calculates the whole mortgage payment schedule with anniversary payments.

• Program runs as both Web Server Program and Desktop program. Keyboard input or mouse input. 
• Calculation allows regular payment and anniversary payments. 
• Calculation engine is very fast for both regular payments and anniversary payments. All numbers are aligned well according to the column width (tested: $1.00 and 1,000,000,000.00). 
• Report is automatically aligned for the page size on screen and printer.

MortgageQueen is a light version of MortgageKing. It is more user friendly and faster.

MortgageQueen answers the current market needs:

• It is widely available for most browsers, such as Netscape version 3.x or Internet Explore version 3.x. Java Plug-in is not necessary.
• It provides a rich GUI visual computing environment and makes mortgage calculation an enjoyable thing.

It is very user friendly: keyboard is not necessary.
