It is widely available for most browsers, such as Netscape version 3.x or Internet Explore version 3.x. Java Plug-in is not necessary.
It provides a rich GUI visual computing environment and make mortgage calculation an enjoyable thing.

It is written in JDK 1.02, so it can be run using Netscape version 3.x or Internet Explore version 3.x. It can run under later version of Netscape and Internet Explore as well.

It is very user friendly: keyboard is not necessary.

MortgageQueen is an applet. There is not javascript, it is maximum secure for both server and users. It does not need any server side programs or settings, does not need CGI, nor Servlet, nor application servers .
