EasyWebservice is written in Java. Can it invoke Web Service on other platform and written in other language?

Yes. EasyWebservice can invoke operations from any Web Service server.

There three panels which provide Consume button. What are the difference among them?

There are three panels: Service Panel, Service Binding Panel and Specification Link Panel which provide Consume button. The buttons find the location of WSDL and bring the Webservice Object Panel. There are no difference. But if there are more than one service bindings with the service, the Service Panel does not know which one to pick and you will get an error.
