In many cases, a window only has one panel or pane, so the words "window",
"pane" and "panel" are interchangeable. But, for tabbed windows, each tab
may represent one panel or pane and the window may have many panels or
panes. In that case, the word "panel" or "pane" is more accurate for context
sensitive help documents.
In real life, Server and Container are interchangeable, unless we want to specify a particular one.
