Install Panel

This panel allows you to choose installation options. Note: only the relevant items are visible for the installation task.

Install action: The type of the install. It contains the following choices:

• Install Super with demo database. Demo database is for demonstration only. The default local database will be started automatically when Super starts. You can use Uninstall facility to uninstall the demo database later.
• Install Super without demo database.

Server: Lists all supported servers. The Universal is for any Webservice server, including J2EE server as Webservice server, any Web servers. Or, no server at all. No server log in is required. WSDL and/or URL is required at the time you call them. 

Server home: The J2EE server home directory. It is for access some server classes. Example: On some of our testing machines, the server home directories are:

/opt/bea/weblogic81
e:\WebSphere\AppServer
e:\Sun\AppServer7
/opt/SUNWappserver7
e:\jboss400

Super home: The destination directory on which Super will be installed. The default is AceletSuper.

Browse: Opens a JFileChooser window to browse your file system for choosing the destination. The result will be put in the text field on the left side of the button. 

Uninstall Panel

Install action: The type of the install. It contains the following choices:

• Uninstall Super. Deletes all files of Super, including data of demo database.
• Uninstall demo database: Uninstalls demo database. If the demo database is running, stops it first.
