Can SuperLogReader guarantee to parse log information correctly?

Yes for SuperLog (LimpidLog and AuditLog), no other for flat log files. But SuperLogReader does its best to parse log source. Usually it is very good. See Parse for more information. 

I see "????", what is this?

This is an Unrecognized columns. You do not see this often.

I am running out of memory. What can I do?

You can specify a bigger memory option in setEnvironment.bat (Windows) or setEnvironment.sh (Unix).
