Can SuperTracer guarantee to parse log information correctly?

Yes for SuperLogging, no for flat log files. But SuperTracer does its best to parse log source. Usually it is very good. See Parse for more information. 

I see "????", what is this?

This is an Unrecognized columns. You do not see this often.

I am running out of memory. What can I do?

You can specify a bigger memory option in setEnvironment.bat (Windows) or setEnvironment.sh (Unix).
